END OF SEASON SALE

TERMS & CONDITIONS – UP TO 40% OFF SALE

1. Promotion Period

This limited-time promotion (Sale) will begin from 9AM (AEDT) Saturday March 15th 2025, and will end at 11:59PM (AEDT) Saturday March 29th. The Giving Movement reserves the right to extend or end the promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. Discount Details

The Sale offers discounts of up to 40% off selected items. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout. The exact discount varies by product and is valid for a limited time and/or while stocks last online.

3. Exclusions

Certain products are excluded from the Sale, including but not limited to: Accessories, gift cards and any other items specified by The Giving Movement, which may be amended at our discretion. The Giving Movement reserves the right to modify the list of excluded items at its discretion.

4. Returns & Exchanges

No returns: All Sale items purchased are final sale and are strictly non-refundable unless deemed faulty. No Exchanges: All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. However, size changes for sale items may be accepted at the discretion of The Giving Movement, subject to stock availability. Faulty items will be assessed, and if approved, a replacement or refund will be provided per Australian Consumer Law.

5. Availability & Stock

All Sale items are subject to stock availability. Items placed in the cart are not reserved until the purchase is completed. The Giving Movement does not guarantee the availability of any product during the Sale.

6. Order Adjustments & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be adjusted or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

7. Sale Shipping and Delivery

During and following the sale, orders will be subject to delays due to an increased volume of orders received within the sale period. We apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for dispatch.

8. General Terms

This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions unless otherwise stated. The discount is only valid on purchases made via The Giving Movement’s official Australian website www.thegivingmovement.com.au. The Giving Movement reserves the right to cancel any order that violates these terms or appears fraudulent.
