Ordering

How do I place an order?

1) Visit thegivingmovement.com,au and browse our collections for women, men and kids

2) If you've found an item you like, select the size, colour and quantity, then click ADD TO CART

3) Continue shopping and add all the items you'd like

4) Once complete, click on the top-right corner of the page to view your shopping bag, double check your order, then click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

5) Checkout as guest, sign in, or create an account

6) Enter your contact and address details, followed by a secure, private page to select payment method and enter your payment details

7) Once done, just click on COMPLETE ORDER and we'll start packing it up for you!

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, simply enter your e-mail on the checkout page. This will not create an account for you, it will simply allow us to stay in touch with you for your order. However, creating an account will make your orders and account management easier, in addition to saving your wishlist on your account so that you can access it on any device, sharing your wishlist, saving your addresses and processing any requests more easily.

Is it possible to place an order through Customer Service?

How do I use a voucher code?

If you have a voucher code you can add it at checkout and your discount will be applied before you place your order.
Please note you may not be able to use some voucher codes on sale items.

Shipping & Delivery

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What do I need to receive my parcel?

Please keep a document that has your name and your ID on it with you at the time of delivery for a faster and seamless delivery experience. (passport, driving licence, etc.)

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
  • Returns are available for all items and must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in.
  • We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. You can also choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as a store voucher.


EXCHANGES: We unfortunately currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your products and make a new order.

Do returns cost anything?

Returns are completely free.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 48 hours of returns' quality approval. Card refund take 5-7 working days. Cash on Delivery payments are refunded immediately as store credit only.

Can I return multiple orders at the same time?

No, items from separate orders must be returned in separate packages.

How sustainable is The Giving Movement?

We ensure that every aspect of our business is sustainable as much as we can. Our fabrics and packaging are 100% sustainable and eco-friendly, and our carbon footprint is minimised as our factory and production are all locally based in the UAE — where we operate from.


We know that in the modern world it’s difficult to have fully sustainable operations, like delivery vehicles and our offices, however, we’re taking every stride we can to ensure that we’re as sustainable as possible.


We also don’t believe in overproduction, so our collections are created in a limited quantity. Each piece is labelled with its number in the series, so you’ll always know exactly how many we have produced.

How do you make your fabrics?

We work with 5 main fabrics:


SOFTSKIN100©: the upgraded fabric is 100% sustainable, being 80% recycled polyester and 20% recycled spandex. It’s made from waste plastic water bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and melted down to molten plastic. The molten plastic is pressed and stretched multiple times to eventually become yarn, which is brushed and woven into the fabric we use. Softskin is certified sustainable and has been awarded Control Union’s Global Recycle Standard (GRS) certification.


Organic Bamboo: this fabric made by dissolving pulp bamboo into its cellulose component and then spinning into fibers. Our organic bamboo fabric is 100% eco-friendly and FSC and OEKO-TEX certified.


Organic Cotton: our organic cotton is created with 95% organic cotton and 5% fully recycled elastane. We use ethically sourced Indian organic cotton for the GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified fabric.


RE-SHELL100©: the fabric used for outerwear is made from 100% recycled crinkled nylon. It’s OEKO-TEX and GRS-certified, using low-impact dyes.


RE-DOWN100©: made from 100% recycled crinkled nylon, the RE-DOWN fabric features a filling of 100% recycled polyester to ensure comfort and warmth. The fabric is OEKO-TEX and GRS certified.

Are you ethically and socially conscious?

Yes. TGM is committed to providing fair living wages and working hours to all its employees and workers. We also ensure that we create safe conditions, allow unionisation and use protective equipment. All workers are at the legal age to work and are working at their own free will.

How do I log in to my account?

When you open the website, you'll find the My Account icon on the top right corner. Enter your username and password then click on Log In.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

To create a new password, click on “Forgot your password?” link on the log-in page, enter your e-mail then press Submit. We will send you an e-mail with instructions to update your password.

How do I find an order I placed?

Visit My Account and you will be able to see a list of your previous orders.
